  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, credit cards, and some digital payment options.
  • What services do you provide?
    We provide hair care knowledge, blowouts/silk press, coloring, treatments, and more..
  • Do you take walk-in appointments?
    Unfortunately, we don’t. We ask that you schedule an appointment ahead of time to be serviced.
  • Can I bring extra people to my appointment?
    We do not allow extra people in our appointments.
  • What if my question was not answered here?
    If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask!
  • Is there an extra charge if hair is longer?
    Yes, there is an extra $15 charge if your hair is mid-back length or longer.
  • Do I need to schedule a consultation before a chemical or weave installment?
    Yes, a consultation is required before. So that we can discuss what’s best for your hair journey.
  • How often should I get a trim?
    Generally, every 3-4 months.
  • Is a deposit required for chemical services?
    Yes, a $50 deposit is required for chemical services that are $100 and up. The deposit will go towards your remaining balance the day of service.
  • How do I care for my hair after being serviced?
    We will provide personalized after care at your scheduled appointment.
